Miro and more...

Following up on my previous post (video lectures on the Web), two noteworthy updates:
  1. I have downloaded and started using Miro, which Lifehacker calls "Tivo for Internet Video"
  2. The first lecture I plan to watch after having adopted Miro is last Friday's Google Tech Talk: "The LabelMe dataset and its applications to scene and object recognition" by Bill Freeman
